At Birkenstock Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for a refund or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn Birkenstocks back into their original branded shoe box, then secure the box inside a protective shipping satchel to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Post

Download and print your prepaid Australia Post shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any local post office.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
